• Follow the company's brand standards and code of business conduct.
• Keep informed of the company's values and ideal conduct.
• Pursue the operational goal by carrying out all assignments tasked by the GM or other senior employees.
• Analyze training programs created for employee development. Attend necessary training sessions as requested by a training manager.
• Based on Lotte Hotel's pricing policies, develop the hotel's general pricing policies, market segments and distribution channels.
• Establish and manage systems for guest room rack rates, business contract payments, rates for various group clients, discounts and approvals.
• Establish and manage the most competitive and effective pricing strategies for each market and segment.
• Administer effective management of inventory and pricing policies for all distribution channels including websites, GDS, travel agencies and external companies.
• Monitor the adequacy of the pricing policies and customer reactions to employ dynamic and flexible strategies.
• Develop sales strategies with related departments and share the information with other employees to enforce quick and flexible pricing policies.
• Promote efficient guest room sales through regular space meetings with related departments.
• For all guest rooms sold at an unusual price, ensure that the sale was approved by authorized personnel, and that it complies with regulations and the pricing was appropriate.
• Verify documentation on discounted pricing. Store them for a time according to the relevant standards.
• Discuss various promotions and pricing decisions with Sales & Marketing Director to deduce the most effective decisions.
• Deduce appropriate pricing and enforce pricing policies to maximize guest room revenues.
• Monitor the pricing of competing companies to enforce optimal and competitive pricing policies to maximize the hotel's profit.
• Establish guidelines for group sales and a mutual assistance system with sales and banquet departments.
• Establish advance inspection and response plans for low season sales along with sales and marketing departments to enable active sales activities with available business connections and potential clients.
• Establish adequate pricing and mix to improve M/S and profit.
• Make use of various market analysis data for optimal strategies and to make analysis reports.
• Establish and manage a pricing system on the PMS system which reflects Lotte Hotel's pricing policies.
• Improve the results of pricing management audits performed by the head office.
• Take responsibility for the maintenance of accurate data on the system for all guest rooms.
• Analyze the revenue forecast regularly including on a monthly and quarterly basis and store the analysis on the system. Share the analysis with related departments.
• Frequently update the forecast to improve accuracy.
• Analyze and prepare room revenue to establish budget and revenue goals.
• Learn about general revenue management systems like PMS. Get actively involved in the study of the latest trends and developments. Continually manage the system to ensure an optimal system environment.
• Actively participate in various training programs for the continual development of RM management and transfer of duties, in accordance with company policies.

• Experience: 3 or more years of experience in sales and marketing, 3 or more years of experience in related field

• Credentials: Various hotel business-related certificates preferred
