E-commerce Manager/E-commerce Assistant Manager (based in Hoi An)

- Be the main contact person for the Sales teams of Company, as well as for OTA's topics and any other Online Distributor (Flash Sales, etc...)

- Develop, recommend and supervise the application of action plans for online channels when needed

- Report and follow up the online performance of the hotel

- Find and evaluate new online opportunities, new business models, and new developments on the current partners

- Make sure that all the corporate digital tools (Hotel Dashboard, Sales Force Marketing, etc...) are used by the hotel digital sales and marketing executives with the corresponding trainings

- Propose and coordinate action plan in coordination with the DOSM, DOS, DOM responsible, including digital marketing investment for the direct channels with a hotel vision from any worldwide key emission markets

- Supervise contracting of OTAs, ensuring to reach objectives in the hotel

- Monitor Rate Integrity together with the Revenue Manager

- Coordinate with Director of Marketing/Marketing Manager for running sales campaigns, actions through social media

- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.

- Minimum of 2+ year experience of same position in luxury Hotel, Resort.

- Sales & Marketing background preferred.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on optimizing processes and driving operational efficiency.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with staff, engage with customers, and work effectively across departments.
