Mô tả công việc

1.Monitor, record, and verify daily revenue transactions of the company.;

2. Prepare revenue reports on a regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly);

3.Reconcile and confirm revenue figures with the sales department, business units, and customers;

4. Check and process invoices and documents related to revenue;

5. Coordinate with the general accounting department to ensure accurate and complete data;

6. Assist in monitoring and managing the collection of receivables related to revenue.

7.Prepare reports and analyze revenue data as requested by management.

8.Perform other tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant or supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 1 year of experience in an accounting position.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related fields.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, data filtering, etc.).
Experienced in using accounting software such as MISA, FAST, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
Capable of:

Reconciling accounts receivable and payable with customers and suppliers
Reviewing invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance
Monitoring sales revenue and ensuring timely, accurate reporting
