A Cost Audit Officer in hospitality ensures accuracy and compliance in cost-related activities, especially in F&B. Responsibilities include checking inventory, verifying documents, analyzing variances, and supporting budget control. The role works closely with Finance, Procurement, and F&B to monitor costs, use systems effectively (e.g., MC, Sun System), and suggest savings without affecting service quality...
What is your day-to-day job?
Main duties include supporting cost control for food and beverage, checking invoices and stock records.
Use systems like MC and Sun System to track data and generate reports.
Coordinate with Kitchen, Store, and Accounting to ensure accurate procedures.
Assist with inventory checks, cost analysis when needed.
