Mô tả công việc

Welcome and assist VIP guests, regular guests, and other special customers.

Monitor the guest experience journey from check-in to check-out.

Proactively listen to and resolve guest complaints or feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Coordinate with relevant departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, etc.) to ensure service standards are met.

Update and maintain guest profiles, including personal preferences, to enhance future stays.

Organize special activities such as birthday celebrations, anniversaries, or surprise guest care moments.

Provide regular reports on guest satisfaction and propose service improvement initiatives.

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position.

Strong team spirit and effective collaboration skills.

Strategic vision and thinking.

Service-oriented mindset.

College degree or higher.

Fluent in English and Russian communication.
