MARCOM MANAGER - FRASER SUITES HANOI

• Execute design and production of brand and marketing collaterals.

• Develop corporate promotions and communications liaising with other departments and the Management Team.

• Develop/maintain social media profiles and quality content on IG, Facebook, Linked

• Develop other, relevant social media outlets to support and expand our digital and market presence.

• Recruitment and maintenance of media partnerships.

• Manage PR and press relations.

• Assist in the preparation and drafting of various communication plans (email, social media, blogs, crisis comm plan etc. …) including at times high-level public speeches for GM

• Consolidate and manage global calendar of properties’ events and promotions.

• Maintain an organised visual asset filing system.

• Communicate with guests, other employees, or departments to ensure guest needs are met.

• Respond to, coordinate, and fulfil special event arrangements.

• Manage events calendar.

• Determine and drive sales goals for F&B

• Collaborate with Chef on menu requests.

• Negotiate contracts and assist with accounts receivable.

• Develop promotions or specialty packages to drive business.

• Develop Synergies Partner for Collaborations.

• Work together with Operation team and Chef to create sales Kit menu, benefits and more.

• Perform other functions that may be required from time to time.
