Mô tả công việc

Responsible for implementing and establishing a system of cost and revenue control mainly in the F&B areas of operations.
Responsible for auditing the costs of each department within the Hotel in order to ensure that they are appropriate in the most effective manner.
Responsible for providing timely and accurate information for management to assess the effect of changes accessible by the economy, market, and or reactions to competitions on the F&B and other operations.

Yêu cầu công việc

College or university degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of cost analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with purchasing and receiving processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP...).
Experience with inventory management or accounting software (e.g., SUN, Procurement software...).
Good communication and coordination skills with other departments.
Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in cost control and/or receiving, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
