Wellbeing and Fitness Manager

GENERAL MISSION / MỤC TIÊU CHUNG

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic development of the WELLBEING Center, including cryotherapy, infrared therapy, sauna, steambath, jacuzzi, pool, and fitness. Ensure quality service, implement wellness programs aligned with guest needs, and lead the wellness team to deliver an exceptional experience.

Chịu trách nhiệm giám sát vận hành hàng ngày và phát triển chiến lược của Trung tâm Sức khỏe (WELLBEING), bao gồm: cryotherapy (liệu pháp lạnh), liệu pháp hồng ngoại, xông hơi khô, xông hơi ướt, bồn nước nóng, hồ bơi và thể hình. Đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ, triển khai các chương trình chăm sóc sức khỏe phù hợp với nhu cầu khách và dẫn dắt đội ngũ vận hành hiệu quả.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations of the WELLBEING Center and fitness area

• Ensure facilities are maintained in excellent condition, complying with safety and health standards

• Introduce and promote wellness programs, services, and memberships to guests and residents

• Manage bookings, guest relations, and service recovery when needed

• Design, promote and evaluate wellness initiatives (Cryotherapy, Infrared, Recovery, etc.)

• Monitor and analyze performance and guest feedback to improve offerings

• Ensure effective stock control of consumables and supplies

• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver integrated wellness service

• Giám sát và điều phối hoạt động hàng ngày tại Trung tâm WELLBEING và khu vực fitness

• Đảm bảo cơ sở vật chất vận hành tốt, tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn an toàn và vệ sinh

• Giới thiệu và quảng bá dịch vụ, gói chăm sóc sức khỏe tới khách lưu trú và cư dân

• Quản lý đặt lịch, hỗ trợ khách hàng và xử lý tình huống phát sinh

• Thiết kế và triển khai các chương trình chăm sóc sức khỏe: Cryotherapy, Infrared, Phục hồi...

• Theo dõi hiệu suất dịch vụ và phản hồi của khách để cải tiến liên tục

• Kiểm soát kho vật tư tiêu hao và thiết bị

• Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác để đảm bảo dịch vụ tích hợp trọn vẹn

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSABILITIES / TRÁCH NHIỆM HÀNH CHÍNH

• Manage department budget, payroll forecasting, and operational expenses

• Provide monthly statistical reports on usage, guest satisfaction, and program performance

• Monitor maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities

• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, safety standards, and local regulations

• Submit proposals for improvement and innovation

• Quản lý ngân sách, lương nhân sự và chi phí vận hành bộ phận

• Báo cáo số liệu thống kê hàng tháng: tỉ lệ sử dụng, hài lòng khách hàng, hiệu suất chương trình

• Lên kế hoạch và theo dõi bảo trì thiết bị

• Tuân thủ quy trình, chính sách nội bộ và quy định pháp luật hiện hành

• Đề xuất cải tiến và sáng kiến phù hợp thực tế hoạt động

TECHNICAL RESPONSABILITIES / TRÁCH NHIỆM KỸ THUẬT

• Maintain knowledge of wellness trends and apply to programming

• Oversee the proper functioning and calibration of wellness technology (Cryo, IR, etc.)

• Handle emergency situations or guest incidents following company protocol

• Support IT system/reporting tools related to the center’s operation

• Coordinate equipment repairs and servicing

• Nắm bắt và ứng dụng các xu hướng sức khỏe & công nghệ mới

• Đảm bảo thiết bị trị liệu (Cryo, IR,…) hoạt động đúng chuẩn và an toàn

• Xử lý tình huống khẩn cấp hoặc sự cố theo quy định công ty

• Hỗ trợ hệ thống báo cáo, phần mềm điều hành nếu có

• Điều phối bảo trì, sửa chữa thiết bị định kỳ

COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / TRÁCH NHIỆM KINH DOANH

• Develop wellness packages and promotions to maximize guest participation

• Build strong client relationships and support retention strategies

• Identify and pursue B2B opportunities with fitness groups, schools, or athletic organizations

• Coordinate marketing efforts with Sales & Marketing team

• Strive to meet department revenue targets

• Xây dựng gói dịch vụ và chương trình ưu đãi thúc đẩy doanh thu

• Duy trì quan hệ khách hàng và hỗ trợ chiến lược giữ chân thành viên

• Tìm kiếm cơ hội hợp tác B2B (trường thể thao, CLB vận động viên, đối tác trị liệu)

• Phối hợp Marketing trong hoạt động quảng bá

• Đạt mục tiêu doanh thu được giao

HUMAN RESPONSABILITIES / TRÁCH NHIỆM VỀ NHÂN SỰ

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of the WELLBEING team

• Conduct staff evaluations, rostering, and schedule optimization

• Support team members’ development and performance improvement

• Promote professional conduct and team spirit at all times

• Ensure the team adheres to grooming, hygiene, and company policies

• Đánh giá hiệu suất, quản lý lịch làm việc, phân ca hợp lý

• Khuyến khích tinh thần chuyên nghiệp và phục vụ tận tâm

• Đảm bảo nhân viên tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn ngoại hình, vệ sinh, đồng phục

• Tạo môi trường làm việc tích cực, hợp tác

RELATIONSHIP

• Establish effective interdepartmental relationships, especially with Front Office, Engineering, Housekeeping, HR, and Marketing

• Represent SILA WELLBEING professionally with internal and external guests

• Actively embody SILA’s values of service, professionalism, and innovation

• Phối hợp hiệu quả với các bộ phận: Lễ tân, Kỹ thuật, Buồng phòng, Nhân sự, Marketing

• Đại diện bộ phận giao tiếp chuyên nghiệp với khách hàng và đối tác

• Thể hiện đúng tinh thần, phong cách và tiêu chuẩn của SILA Urban Living

• Gross salary + monthly service charge +Quarterly bonus 4tr5 (Lương cơ bản + Thưởng phí phục vụ (service charge) hằng tháng + thưởng quý 4tr5).
• 13th month salary (Lương tháng 13).
• Birthday 500.000 + 1 day off
• Allowance for lunch, transportation and parking fee (Phụ cấp cơm trưa, xăng xe và gởi xe miễn phí).
• 12 days Annual leave (12 ngày nghỉ phép năm theo quy định pháp luật).
• SHUI by labor law (Bảo hiểm y tế, bảo hiểm tai nạn 24/24).
• Assess and adjust a wage according to competence every year (Đánh giá và tăng lương theo năng lực hằng năm).

• Strong skills in service program development, team training, and budgeting

• Preference given to candidates with experience in hotels, resorts, or high-end spas

• Certifications in fitness, yoga, or therapy are a strong advantage

• Proficient in both English and Vietnamese; experience working with international guests is preferred

• Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý spa, fitness club hoặc wellness center

• Có kỹ năng xây dựng chương trình dịch vụ, đào tạo đội ngũ và lập ngân sách

• Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm việc tại khách sạn, resort hoặc spa cao cấp

• Có chứng chỉ đào tạo trong lĩnh vực thể hình, yoga hoặc trị liệu là một lợi thế

• Giao tiếp tốt tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt, có kinh nghiệm làm việc với khách nước ngoài
