1. Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development:
• Develop comprehensive English language curricula tailored to the specific needs of hotel departments (e.g., Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Spa, etc.).
• Create lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools that align with learning objectives and industry best practices.
• Incorporate hospitality-specific vocabulary, phrases, and scenarios into the curriculum.

• Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to individuals and groups of employees.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, including communicative language teaching, role-playing, and practical exercises.
• Provide constructive feedback to learners to facilitate their progress and build confidence.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor employee progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.

3. Employee Development:

• Identify individual and departmental English language training needs through assessments and consultation with department heads.
• Offer support and guidance to employees in their language learning journey.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the hotel.
• Administrative and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and training completion.
• Prepare regular reports on training effectiveness and employee language proficiency to the HR Manager.
• Manage training schedules and logistics efficiently.

1. Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in English Language, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. A TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
