As Bar Manager, you will lead the full bar operation with passion, precision, and creativity. You will be the driving force behind an elevated beverage experience — curating innovative menus, inspiring your team, and delivering exceptional moments that reflect our refined yet lively luxury atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily bar operations, ensuring seamless service and strong team performance

Create, refine, and elevate cocktail menus, including distinctive signature creations that embody our brand identity

Maintain impeccable service standards while building genuine guest connections

Monitor inventory, manage supplier relationships, and implement effective cost control strategies

Train, mentor, and inspire bartenders to deliver consistency, craftsmanship, and excellence

Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel operational standards

Handle guest feedback with professionalism, care, and a proactive service mindset

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment
• Strong expertise in spirits, wines, and international cocktail trends, with a refined palate and creative approach
• Demonstrated leadership capability with proven experience in team management and development
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with international guests
• Impeccable grooming standards and professional presentation aligned with luxury brand expectations
