Mô tả công việc:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hỗ trợ tổ chức và điều phối các hoạt động thể thao, trò chơi dưới nước, hoạt động ngoài trời, chương trình cho trẻ em, v.v.
• Tham gia trực tiếp vào việc hướng dẫn, chơi cùng và chăm sóc khách hàng tham gia hoạt động, đặc biệt là trẻ em.
• Giữ gìn khu vực hoạt động sạch sẽ, an toàn và sẵn sàng sử dụng.
• Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo các hoạt động diễn ra đúng kế hoạch và đảm bảo sự hài lòng của khách.
• Giao tiếp và tạo không khí vui vẻ, thân thiện với khách trong suốt quá trình phục vụ.
• Hỗ trợ kiểm tra, bảo quản và sắp xếp dụng cụ, thiết bị giải trí.
• Học hỏi, tiếp thu kỹ năng phục vụ, xử lý tình huống và hỗ trợ khách chuyên nghiệp.
• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Quản lý bộ phận.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating sports activities, water games, outdoor events, kids’ programs, and other recreational activities.
• Participate directly in guiding, playing with, and supervising guests during activities, especially children.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of all recreation areas and ensure they are ready for use.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure activities are carried out smoothly and meet guest expectations.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner to create a positive atmosphere.
• Assist with checking, maintaining, and organizing recreation equipment and supplies.
• Learn and develop skills in guest service, problem-solving, and professional recreation operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Recreation Manager or Supervisor.

Meals: 3 meals per day

Accommodation: Provided in the staff housing area

Allowance: VND 2,000,000 per month

Working time: 5 days/week, 9 hours/day, with daily shuttle service for commuting and meals

Internship duration: 3–6 months

Accident insurance provided for interns

• YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
• Là sinh viên đang theo học các ngành Quản trị Du lịch – Khách sạn, Thể thao, Giáo dục, hoặc các ngành liên quan.
• Yêu thích công việc hoạt động ngoài trời, năng động, sáng tạo, có tinh thần phục vụ.
• Có kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, thân thiện, vui vẻ, ưu tiên có khả năng hoạt náo.
• Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản.
• Có thể làm việc theo ca và linh hoạt thời gian, bao gồm cuối tuần và ngày lễ.
• Currently studying Tourism & Hospitality, Sports Management, Education, or related fields.
• Passionate about outdoor activities, energetic, creative, and service-oriented.
• Good communication skills, friendly, cheerful personality; outgoing and confident is a plus.
• Basic English communication skills required.
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
