Mô tả công việc
Giám sát nhân viên hồ bơi và kỹ thuật viên bảo trì để đảm bảo hoạt động hàng ngày diễn ra suôn sẻ.
Monitor and maintain pool water quality (chlorine level, pH, clarity, etc.).
Kiểm tra và duy trì chất lượng nước hồ bơi (mức clo, độ pH, độ trong,...).
Ensure all filtration, pump, and heating systems are functioning properly.
Đảm bảo hệ thống lọc, bơm và sưởi hoạt động hiệu quả.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Tiến hành kiểm tra định kỳ và bảo trì phòng ngừa.
Respond promptly to any pool-related maintenance issues.
Xử lý kịp thời các sự cố kỹ thuật liên quan đến hồ bơi.
Ensure safety standards are followed, including signage, lifesaving equipment, and area cleanliness.
Đảm bảo tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn an toàn như biển cảnh báo, thiết bị cứu hộ và vệ sinh khu vực.
Maintain inventory of chemicals and request replenishment as needed.
Quản lý tồn kho hóa chất và yêu cầu bổ sung khi cần thiết.
Prepare maintenance reports and submit to Engineering Department.
Lập báo cáo bảo trì và gửi về bộ phận Kỹ thuật.

Service charges and bonuses applicable during probation period.
Được hưởng phí phục vụ và thưởng trong thời gian thử việc.
13th-month salary bonus.
Thưởng lương tháng 13.
Entitlement to public holidays, annual leave, and participation in insurance schemes in accordance with company policy and Vietnamese law.
Được nghỉ lễ, nghỉ phép năm và tham gia các chế độ bảo hiểm theo chính sách công ty và pháp luật Việt Nam.
Yêu cầu công việc
Agile, friendly, professional, enthusiastic, and honest.
Nhanh nhẹn, thân thiện, nghiêm túc, nhiệt tình và trung thực.
Previous experience working in 4-star or 5-star hotels/resorts is an advantage.
Có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại khách sạn hoặc khu nghỉ dưỡng 4 hoặc 5 là một lợi thế.
