Mô tả công việc

Drive revenue growth: Implement strategic pricing and inventory control strategies to maximize revenue across all properties through online channels

Analyze market trends: Monitor and interpret market data, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to make informed business decisions depending on season and traveller type

Manage online presence: Oversee and update hotel listings on OTAs, brand websites, social media pages, and metasearch engines to ensure optimal visibility and performance; ensure photos and information are up to date and attractive to relevant market

Develop e-commerce strategies: Create and execute effective online sales strategies and packages to boost bookings and revenue.

Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Front Office, and Reservations teams to align business goals and drive success.

Generate insights: Prepare regular performance reports and conduct business review meetings to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Yêu cầu công việc

Hospitality professional: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, E-Commerce, English language, or a related field, with a passion for the hotel industry.

Revenue management background: 1-2 years of experience in Revenue Management or e-commerce within the hotel industry, with strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Tech-savvy individual: Proficiency in hotel operations systems (PMS, CM & RMS) and distribution channels, social media, and SEO with the ability to leverage technology for business growth.

Effective communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.

Analytical problem-solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Language skills: Proficiency in Vietnamese and English to effectively communicate with local and international clients and partners.

Driven and hard-working; flexible and able to multitask; ability to take initiative and spearhead projects
