Mô tả công việc

Reporting directly to the Director of Room, the Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for assisting the Director of Room in the overall day to day Front Office operations of Pullman Ninh Binh.

During his/her duty the Assistant Front Office Manager is expected to lead as an example in terms of appearance, attitude, equity & professionalism. His/her main role is to ensure the proper work of the overall Front Office operations (Front Desk, Concierge, Bell Boys, Operator, Night Auditor & Co-ordination with driver and Airport representative).

The AFOM will be directly in charge of the overall Front Office during the absence of the Director of Room and will take care of all his/her duties. He/She will rotate with Guest Experience Manager during day time and handover with the Night Duty Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Secondary/High school education

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language

• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint

• Good communication and customer contact skills

• Service oriented with an eye for details

• Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations

• A team player & builder

• A motivator & self-starter

• Must be well-presented and professionally always groomed
