Handle enquiries via phone, messaging, or email: accept reservations and subsequently input bookings into the hotel’s PMS
Make sure all computer input, manual filing procedures and statistical information relevant to the reservations must be of high quality and accurate
Provide the most comprehensive and accurate information to telephone callers, guests
Ensure that you are completely aware of the complete range of services and facilities that the hotel will provide to its guests and visitors
Provide lead advice and constant feedback concerning both enquiries and firm reservations
Maximize the hotel’s occupancy potential, whilst protecting the Hotel’s business mix
Ensure that all guests queries and requests are attended to in a helpful, professional yet warm and friendly manner
Responsible for ensuring that all reservation filing and correspondence is carried out daily and up to date. Filing must be strictly monitored and filed in a way that ensures all information is quickly on hand and easily located by all Front Office sta

Yêu cầu công việc
Hospitality professional: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, E-Commerce, English language, or a related field, with a passion for the hotel industry.
Computer literate (Google Workspace tools, PMS, etc.) and an aptitude for new technologies
Tech-savvy individual: Proficiency in hotel operations systems (PMS, CM & RMS) and distribution channels, social media, and SEO with the ability to leverage technology for business growth.
Effective communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
Analytical problem-solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Language skills: Proficiency in Vietnamese and English to effectively communicate with local and international clients and partners.
Driven and hard-working; flexible and able to multitask; ability to take initiative and spearhead projects
