• Prepare and cook traditional and modern Korean dishes, including banchan and hot dishes.
• Develop creative dishes and adapt recipes using available kitchen inventory.
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation standards, and strict hygiene compliance.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-standard hotel kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with the culinary and restaurant teams to plan seasonal menus, special events, and daily offerings.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and consistent food preparation.
• Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies while minimizing waste.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Assist with recruitment, training, and evaluation of kitchen staff as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within all kitchen areas.

• High school diploma or GED; experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
