Mô tả công việc
• Provides guests with assistance at the front desk during the check-in and check-out processes and throughout their stay.
• Greet guests, guide guests to check in, check out, and answer information related to the resort's products and services.
• Check the number of check-ins, check-outs, early check-ins and late check-outs.
• Check and understand the number of guests who have booked rooms for the day and the following days.
• Grasp information about customers' special requests to serve promptly. Keeps current on resort accommodations, services and area attractions.
• Check with the housekeeping department that the room has been cleaned and ready to welcome guests.
• Arrange rooms for guests, paying special attention to returning guests and VIP guests to have special room arrangements according to guests' habits.
• Prepare welcome drinks to serve when guests arrive.
• Arranges for services requested by the guest by working with other departments as appropriate.
• Stays current with developments in the Resort and Promote the Radisson Rewards Program and provide recognition and benefits to all present members.
• Adhering to credit control processes, processes customer credit at check-in in accordance with hotel policy.
• Follows hotel policy on cash banks – at all times adheres to credit limits and procedures as set down by the Financial Controller.
• Handling foreign currencies and rely on their exchange rates in order to provide foreign exchange services to guests.
• Identifies and records special billing instruction and notifies Accounting.
• Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Yes I Can! Experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations.
• Attends any training programs as directed or requested.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduating from high school and higher.
- Work experience: priority is given to candidates with experience in a similar position.
- Foreign languages: fluent English communication.
- Computer: office information technology.
- Other skills: communication, problem solving, handling customer complaints.
- Characteristics: good health, honesty, enthusiasm, support, creativity in work, responsibility.
- Knowledge: Have good knowledge of basic resort, hotel and restaurant products and services.
