Human Resources Management
- Review and update Talent & Culture policies and procedures and other human resources materials
- Monitor present and future trends in the local labor situation, social legislation and make recommendations to the management
- Monitor the administration of the Performance Appraisal Program and act in an advisory capacity to department heads in such process
- Ensure that all employees comply with the hotel policies and procedures as well as government regulations pertaining to employment practice
- Prepare and submit periodic Talent & Culture reports to management
- Prepare and issue correspondences relating to the Talent & Culture department
- Counsel hotel personnel as and when needed in areas such as career planning, training and development and employee relations
- Investigate and review all disciplinary actions to ensure the actions are complying with the labor law, hotel rules and regulations. Discuss with department heads an appropriate action and recommend the final results in consultation with the Director of Talent & Culture
- Oversee the organization and execution of employees’ social, athletic and recreational activities
- Maintain good working relations with all departments and all professional external contacts
Recruitment
- Develop and implement recruitment procedures and strategies to attract the most qualified candidates for position vacancies in the hotel
- Manage the hotel manpower requirements within budget
- Coordinate with the hiring managers on the recruitment of qualified personnel based on approval by the divisional head and General Manager, following established standards, policies and procedures
- Conduct recruitment and exit interviews
- Maintain good working relationships and partnerships with recruitment agencies / sources
- Responsible for monthly payroll processing
- Propose measures to prevent and solve arising problems related to labor relations, to avoid damaging, affecting the production and business as well as the reputation of the company.
- Participate in organizing activities, events to maintain and develop labor relations: sightseeing, vacation, sports, entertainment, ...
- Compare and settling the monthly social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance money with the social insurance agency.
- Register to issue cards and return medical examination and treatment cards to the company's employees, carry out procedures for issuing social insurance books for new employees
- Close insurance books for employees when no longer working at the company.
- Look for an insurance company with good service quality to purchase personnel insurance for your employees.
- Make the procedure for insurance claims payment in accordance with the process, regulations and fast
- Make procedures to increase / decrease employees participating in insurance correctly.
- Classify and manage scientifically and fully update employees' personal dossiers and social insurance books.
- Quickly and accurately provide employee information and documents issued by the administrative personnel department.
- Update information on Labor Law, Decrees, Circulars guiding settlement of Labor-related regimes.
- Advise the head of the department on the plan to build salary and bonus mechanism, policies and benefits related to employees in accordance with the actual operation of the company and the law.
- Draft labor contracts, statements, official letters, decisions… relating to personnel in accordance with specifications, forms and not having spelling mistakes.
- Report on labor situation - wages periodically by month, quarter and year.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management
- Minimum 3 years of Human Resources Management experience
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and customer contact skills
- Results and service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
- A team player & builder
- A motivator & self-starter
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
