Food and Beverage Manager

Operational duties:
1. To ensure that all F&B performance consistently high quality also food items according to current menu and cards and set standard.
2. To maintain profitable F&B production level according to forecast.
3. His/her general behaviour will always gear to the objective being an example to all F&B staff.
4. To control staff level according manning guide.
5. To work shift of split duty, depending on the need of business. Ensure he/ she is present during peak hours of service passes.
6. To maintain records per training to items purchase, cost delivered product quality and inventory level.
7. Checks incoming food and beverage items, ensures that all F and B merchandise is accordance with order sheet and receiving records, transfer them to the appropriate section of the F and B control waste and losses and keeps them to a minimum.
8. To record guest’s complaints and solution together with all problems regarding personnel and equipment and report them to the General Manager.
9. To assist in the training of the employees ensuring that they have then necessary skill to perform their duties with maximum efficiency.
10. To monitor all costs and recommend measures to control them.
11. To assist in identifying market needs for both hotel guests and local market.
12. To assist in monitoring and analysing the activities and trends of competitive restaurants, bars and other hotel banqueting departments.

Other duties:
1. To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
2. To undertake duties of the duty manager as dictated by hotel’s Duty Managers Roster.

• Educational Level:Graduated from College or higher
• Major in Tourism, Hospitality, and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or other related fields
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar position at 3-star or higher
• Proficient in English communication
