Engineering Duty Manager in a hotel oversees the maintenance/ operator, safety, and efficiency of the property's technical operations.

Their responsibilities typically include:

- Managing engineering staff and coordinating daily maintenance/operator tasks.

- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.

- Overseeing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to maintain guest comfort.

- Developing preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and costs.

- Collaborating with other departments to support hotel operations

Yêu cầu công việc

Intermediate Vocational Diploma in Engineering or a related field.

3–5 years’ experience in this role, preferably within hotels or a related service industry
