Mô tả công việc
- Assist in daily kitchen operations and supervise line cooks and kitchen staff.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all Thai dishes.
- Collaborate on menu development, daily specials, and seasonal offerings.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food hygiene.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in Thai cooking techniques and recipes.
- Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies to minimize waste and control food costs.
- Step into the Head Chef’s role when needed during their absence.
- Work closely with front-of-house to ensure smooth service and timely food delivery.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Line Cook, preferably in a Thai or Asian restaurant.
- In-depth knowledge of Thai/ Asian ingredients, flavours, and traditional cooking methods.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure kitchen environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
