• To manage all cash float refurbishment including his/her own fund.

• To manage all daily cash and cheque collection (from cashiers, bill collectors, …) with strict respect of hotel policies and to formally reconcile collected amounts with system generated reports on a daily basis.

Quản lý tất cả tiềm mặt và séc thu vào (từ thu ngân, hoặc ngân viên thu tiền) tuân thủ chặt chẽ qui định của khách sạn. Đối chiếu tiền thực tế với báo cáo in ra từ hệ thồng hàng ngày

• To perform daily foreign currency exchange with the officially appointed money changer and check and reconcile all foreign exchange submissions and calculations performed by Front Office and the POS.

Thực hiện thu đổi ngoại tệ với cơ quan có chức năng đổi ngoại tệ và kiểm tra, đối chiếu toàn bộ chứng từ đổi tiền cung cấp bởi bộ phận lễ tân và các điểm bán hàng

• To prepare and perform daily banking of all cash and cheques collected.

Lập chứng từ và chuyển toàn bộ tiền bán hàng bao gồm tiền mặt và séc vào tài khoản ngân hàng

• To prepare on daily basis the General Cashier Report reconciling the daily collection of cash and the amount banked.

Lập báo cáo thu chi hàng ngày, đối chiếu với tiền thu được và tiền nộp vào tài khoản hàng ngày

• To maintain all in-house floats at an appropriate level required by operations and to randomly spot check the float count done by outlet cashiers.

Duy trì số dư tiền mặt hoạt động tại các quỹ của khách sạn theo qui định, kiểm tra đột xuất các quỹ tiền lẻ của điểm bán hàng, lập báo cáo về việc kiểm tra theo mẫu

• To monitor the daily hotel foreign exchange rates displayed and update all rates as per hotel policy.

Theo dõi tỉ giá đổi ngoại tệ thực hiện so với tỷ giá quy định của ngân hàng hàng ngày và cập nhật tỉ giá theo qui định của khách sạn

• To balance petty cash disbursements in the petty cash float and to ensure the timely reimbursement to employees within hotel policy.

Thanh toán các khoản chi từ quỹ tiền mặt nhỏ của bộ phận kịp thời, đảm bảo thanh toán lại cho nhân viên theo đúng chính sách một cách kịp thời

• To ensure the safeguard of all cheques and cash received in his/her custody.
