As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring smooth service delivery and maintaining high cleanliness standards. You will assign tasks to Room Attendants, dispatch Houseperson to fulfill guest requests, and manage room status updates. Additionally, you will provide essential administrative support, track guest preferences, and coordinate schedules to ensure timely completion of all tasks. Your role is vital in maintaining organization and collaboration within the team, ensuring that all guest requests are met promptly and with care. By leading the daily operations efficiently, you will help deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold the luxury standards of InterContinental Ha Long Bay Resort.

• Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field.
• Preferrbly 2 Years previous experience in the same position
