Senior Graphic Designer - Onsite

• Develops all hotel marketing and promotional collateral according to the Brand guidelines. Liaises with suppliers and agents to design and print creative collateral, ensuring production quality and deadlines are met./ Thiết kế toàn bộ tài liệu truyền thống và khuyến mãi của khách sạn theo nguyên tắc thương hiệu. Làm việc với các nhà cung cấp và đại lý để lên thiết kế và in ấn đảm bảo chất lượng và bàn giao đúng thời hạn.

• Ensures adequate stocks of promotional collateral are available at all times./ Đảm bảo lưu trữ đầy đủ tài liệu quảng cáo.

• Supervises and directs photographers commissioned to take pictures of the hotel, promotions and events for use in sales and marketing collateral, public relations./ Giám sát và chỉ đạo các nhiếp ảnh gia thực hiện chụp ảnh khách sạn, các chương trình khuyến mãi, sự kiện để làm tài liệu cho kinh doanh và truyền thông.

• Coordinate and schedule Graphics jobs. Responsible for quotations/briefing the printers./ Điều phối và lên lịch cho các công việc thiết kế đồ họa. Chịu trách nhiệm lấy báo giá và làm việc với nhà in.

• Setting up, operating hotel’s camera, audio recorders, microphones and other equipment on set./ Chuẩn bị và thực hiện chụp hình, quay phim, ghi âm cho khách sạn.

• Edit video segment, short video, insert caption, graphic or other on-screen text into video, photo./ Chỉnh sửa, chèn chú thích, thêm hiệu ứng đồ họa, văn bản vào video, hình ảnh.

• Coordinate and schedule video/ photo/ graphic job./ Điều phối và sắp xếp thời gian cho các công việc quay video/ chụp hình/ thiết kế đồ họa.

• Handle emergency cases according to established policies and procedures. Maintain a high level of coordination with the Agency and other departments in order to maintain consistent quality service standards towards internal & external customers./ Giải quyết các công việc gấp theo đúng chính sách và quy trình của khách sạn. Duy trì mối quan hệ mật thiết với Đại lý và các bộ phận khác đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm theo tiêu chuẩn của khách sạn.

• Ensure that day to day inquiries/correspondences are handled in a professional manner./ Đảm bảo xử lý các yêu cầu/ thư từ trao đổi công việc một cách chuyên nghiệp.

• Oversee photo library and maintain up-to-date data./ Cập nhật hình ảnh và dữ liệu thường xuyên lên thư viện ảnh.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity or minimum 2 years of experience in the area of guest services/digital-marketing
• Experience executing paid social media campaigns
• Ability to work independently and flexibly
• Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
• Be able to take lifestyle photo and video
• High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of business acumen
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
