Mô tả công việc
- Supervise and coordinate all bar activities during shifts.
- Ensure guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service.
- Monitor beverage presentation, taste, and consistency to meet standards.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Lead, train, and motivate bartenders and barbacks.
- Schedule staff and allocate duties based on business levels.
- Ensure team adherence to grooming and hygiene standards.
- Provide on-the-job coaching to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure accurate billing and cash handling procedures.
- Close shift reports, reconcile cash and sales, and submit reports
- Prevent losses and follow proper control procedures.
