Mô tả công việc

Perform duties in alignment with brand standards, under the guidance of the Director of Sales & Marketing, and in close collaboration with other departments. This position plays a key supporting role in promoting the hotel’s offerings – including rooms, suites, restaurant, events, and experiences – through integrated marketing efforts.
Assist in the implementation of the annual marketing plan and content calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and activations that align with overall business goals.
Contribute to maintaining brand consistency across all communication touchpoints – digital, print, and in-property – by supporting design, layout, and messaging quality.
Support website and online listings management by ensuring content accuracy, SEO best practices, and timely updates to reflect promotions, visuals, or operational changes.
Coordinate the day-to-day management of social media platforms, including scheduling posts, uploading stories, engaging with followers, and reporting on performance metrics.
Assist in producing or coordinating content creation activities such as photo and video shoots, graphic design layouts, and copywriting for posts, collaterals, and digital ads.
Execute basic digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other targeted promotions, while assisting in the tracking of reach, engagement, and ROI.
Collaborate with the Sales team to prepare marketing collaterals, dining/event flyers, promotional decks, and branded templates that support client-facing initiatives.
Manage database-related tasks such as email campaigns, newsletters, guest segmentation, and CRM updates using email marketing tools to strengthen customer retention.
Organize influencer and media visits, liaise with content creators, and coordinate collaboration logistics to enhance brand exposure and storytelling.
Provide support for in-house activations and event marketing, including signage setup, digital displays, branded menus, and real-time content capture.
Maintain the marketing library, image bank, and digital assets to ensure up-to-date access and consistency across departments.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor degree in Marketing field.
At least 02 year experience with same position in hospitality
Solid understanding of basic marketing principles and hospitality branding.
Familiar with design platforms.
Basic photo and video editing skills (mobile apps or desktop tools).
Familiar with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
Knowledge of email platforms such as Mailchimp is preferred.
Good copywriting and proofing skills in English and Vietnamese.
Organized and methodical with good time management and follow-through.
