• Monitor and enhance positive reviews on platforms such as Google Maps, OTAs, etc.

• Organize birthday celebrations, send greetings on anniversaries, holidays, and special occasions.

• Possess knowledge and the ability to recommend additional services to guests, including tours, car rentals, and culinary experiences.

• Update and maintain profiles of loyal guests, including special requests and periodic feedback.
