Hanoi Wanderlust Hostel is looking for a friendly, reliable, and responsible Night Receptionist to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for late check-ins and a key person in maintaining the security, cleanliness, and calm of the hostel during nighttime hours. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring guests feel safe and welcome—even at 2 AM!

Yêu cầu công việc

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check-in late-arriving guests
Manage reservations, cancellations, and no-shows using our booking system
Monitor the premises for security and safety throughout the night
Respond to guest questions, issues, or emergencies
Prepare and set up for the morning shift (e.g. light cleaning, restocking)
Maintain accurate shift and incident reports
Ensure quiet hours are respected and handle noise or disturbances appropriately
Communicate any issues to the day team or manager as needed

Yêu cầu hồ sơ

Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality or front desk preferred (but not required)
Fluent in English; other languages a plus
Comfortable working alone and staying alert during night hours
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Basic computer skills (familiarity with hostel booking systems is a plus)
Reliable, trustworthy, and calm under pressure
