The Reservation Agent is responsible for handling all reservation inquiries and ensuring a smooth guest booking experience across all communication channels. This role involves managing booking requests, optimizing table arrangements, and collaborating with other departments to deliver seamless service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage reservation requests via phone, email, website, and the restaurant’s social media channels.
- Confirm all reservation details, including number of guests, time, and any special requests.
- Organize and optimize table plans to accommodate guest needs and maximize service capacity.
- Provide guidance and answer guest inquiries regarding the menu, services, venue, and special requirements.
- Coordinate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

- Minimum 1 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant or 5-star hotel
- College or university degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, or related fields
- Good communication skills in English
