A. HR Manager Role
1.HR Strategy & Policy
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s mission and vision.
- Propose and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
2.HR Operations
- Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance evaluation, employee relations, and labor law compliance.
- Supervise employee benefits, attendance, contracts, and disciplinary actions.
- Drive employee engagement programs and company culture-building initiatives.
- Identify and develop future leadership and succession planning.
4.HR Reporting & Analysis
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports for the CEO and management team.
1.Administrative Support
- Assist the CEO in day-to-day operations, scheduling, and task follow-ups.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure alignment and execution of the CEO’s directives.
2.Internal & External Communication
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams or external partners.
- Prepare and manage communication, announcements, or meeting minutes on behalf of the CEO.
3.Document & Information Management
- Compile reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the CEO.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy and readiness before meetings or decision-making.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a senior HR position; prior experience as an executive assistant or in a dual-role is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- English fluency is required (verbal and written).
- Experience in hospitality, F&B, or fast-growing environments is preferred.
