We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Captain to join our Front Office team.
Your Mission
As a Front Office Captain, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the front desk. You will guide and support the team in delivering seamless arrivals and departures, personalized guest experiences, and professional handling of guest inquiries.
What You'll Do
1. Supervise and support Front Office team members during shifts
2. Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and quick resolution of concerns
3. Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs efficiently
4. Train and motivate team members, leading by example with Heartist values
5. Handle check-in/check-out procedures and support VIP guest arrivals
6. Maintain a professional and welcoming lobby environment

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Passionate about hospitality and guest engagement
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
