Mô tả công việc

Work closely with the HR team to plan and execute recruitment strategies for pre-opening and operational phases.
Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities.
Build a talent pipeline and maintain a strong employer branding image on online/offline platforms.
Support onboarding and pre-opening orientation programs.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
Strong communication and networking skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
English proficiency is required.
