Mô tả công việc

Develop and implement the hotel’s training roadmap aligned with Accor standards and brand values.
Coordinate all pre-opening training programs: orientation, service culture, soft skills, departmental training, etc.
Assess training needs across departments and design impactful learning solutions.
Support leaders in coaching, performance improvement, and succession planning.
Build a strong learning culture that inspires continuous growth and guest-centric excellence.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in hospitality or luxury service industry.
Solid knowledge of training design, facilitation, and adult learning principles.
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-cultural skills.
Fluent in English (spoken & written).
Experience in pre-opening is a strong advantage.
