Mô tả công việc

Develop and implement dynamic pricing, distribution, and inventory strategies to maximize RevPAR and GOP.
Lead the pre-opening phase setup of RM tools, systems (including Accor platforms), forecasting models, and market positioning.
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, booking pace, and customer behavior to drive informed decisions.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Digital, and Operations to align revenue strategies across all channels.
Deliver accurate forecasts and reports to support budget planning and business review cycles.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Management, preferably in international hotel chains.
Proven success in optimizing room revenue, distribution mix, and channel performance.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen.
Familiarity with Accor systems (e.g., RMS, RM Hub, CRS) is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English.
