Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Leisure or Corporate sales segment to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Design and implement strategic sales plans aligned with the hotel’s business goals.
- Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure exceptional guest service and seamless event execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to maximize opportunities.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in hotel/resort sales, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
- Strong background in Leisure or Corporate markets, with proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive under pressure.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
