Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage the Leisure market segment to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and other leisure partners.
Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive room nights and revenue.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to maximize potential.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions and packages.
Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales trips, and networking events

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 3-5 years of experience in hotel/resort sales, with a focus on the Leisure segment.
Proven track record in achieving sales goals and building client relationships.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced pre-opening environment.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
