Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the Corporate market segment to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, key accounts, and business partners.
- Identify and pursue new corporate business opportunities to grow the client portfolio.
- Negotiate contracts, proposals, and rates in line with the hotel’s business strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for corporate clients and events.
- Represent the hotel at industry functions, sales missions, and networking activities.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel/resort sales, focusing on the Corporate segment.
- Strong track record of achieving sales goals and developing key accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced pre-opening environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
