Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and other sales documents accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update client databases, sales reports, and booking records.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to support client requests and event arrangements.
- Assist in organizing sales events, familiarization trips, and promotional activities.
- Handle client inquiries professionally and follow up promptly.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Previous experience in a Sales Coordinator or administrative role in hospitality is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic sales systems.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
