Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow all online sales channels, including OTA, brand.com, and other digital platforms.
Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to maximize online visibility, conversion, and revenue.
Optimize content, images, and promotions across all online booking channels.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure rate parity and effective online promotions.
Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve digital sales results.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of OTA management, channel management systems, and digital marketing fundamentals.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
