KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Summary –

• Responsible for the routine activities at the Guest Relations counter from time to time, ensuring that highest level of efficiency and guest satisfaction are achieved whilst maximizing room revenue through the upselling program and other related revenue.

Meals: 3 meals per day
Accommodation: Provided in the staff housing area
Allowance: VND 2,000,000 per month
Working time: 5 days/week, 9 hours/day, with daily shuttle service for commuting and meals
Internship duration: 3–6 months
Accident insurance provided for interns
