Mô tả công việc
• To assign rooms and prepare Key Card and folders for all arriving guests and groups.
• To handle all Key Card, mail, facsimiles, messages and other special request for guests.
• To assist Guest Relations Officer and Assistant Manager to escort VIP guests to the room after checked in.
• To provide information and assistance to all guests.
• To assist Reservations Department in taking reservation after office hours.
• To attend to guests complaints promptly and then report to Guest Relations Officer or Assistant Manager for follow up.
• To provide courteous and efficient service and if possible to comply with each and every guest’s request.
• To remain the Reception Counter and to answer all incoming calls.
• To keep the Front Office and Reception Counter clean at all times.
• To conduct tour of hotel for potential guests and business in the absent of Front Desk Supervisor, Assistant Front Office Manager.
• To perform any other activities or task as directed by your superior.
• To perform shifts duties according to the duty roster.
• Financial and Revenue Responsibilities
• To check out guests according to established procedures, and ensure all payment or vouchers are collected.
• To provide currency exchange service for guests.
• To issue and handle the entire hotel’s safe deposit boxes.
• To ensure that all guests charges are posted into the right guest accounts.
• To balance all, the daily posting transactions and ensure monies collected are banked into the General Cashier’s safe at the end of each shift.

- During the entire internship, students are paid an allowance of VND 500,000/month by the hotel (minimum internship period of 3 months).

- Previous experience preferred
- Read, write, speak English fluently
- Good guest interaction skills
- Good listening skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Presentable, well groomed
- People-oriented
- Able to work under pressure and independently
