Mô tả công việc
- Operate and conduct routine inspections of technical systems, including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), water supply and drainage, fire protection systems, refrigeration equipment, kitchen equipment, elevators, and other engineering facilities.
- Perform preventive maintenance according to established schedules and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and promptly resolve technical issues to minimize disruption to resort operations.
- Record, report, and recommend solutions for major equipment failures and technical problems.
- Provide technical support to other departments as required.
- Assist in the installation, relocation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized repair and maintenance work.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, fire safety standards, and environmental protection requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma, College Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Plumbing, or other related technical fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in a hotel, resort, or building environment.
- Good knowledge of the operation, maintenance, and repair of basic technical systems.
- Good physical health, able to work under pressure and on a shift basis.
