General Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Data Verification

Record and process accounting transactions.

Verify the validity and accuracy of accounting documents.

Financial & Tax Reporting

Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Handle tax declarations and finalizations (VAT, CIT, PIT, etc.).

Ledger Management & Reconciliation

Maintain the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.

Reconcile receivables, payables, cash, and bank accounts regularly.

Audit Support & Compliance

Prepare documents for internal and external audits.

Ensure compliance with the company’s financial and accounting policies.

Analysis & Recommendations

Analyze financial data and provide reports to support management decisions.

Propose process improvements to enhance accounting and financial efficiency.

1. Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

2. Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, including at least 2–3 years in a General accountant role.

• Prior experience in hospitality, F&B, or luxury service industries is highly preferred.

3. Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications (especially Excel and Word).

• Strong skills in data analysis, financial planning, and budget forecasting.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
