- Process and input group, FIT and corporate reservations following hotel reservations policy
• Answer all calls promptly, within 3 rings using specified greeting for hotel, in a courteous and efficient manner. Ensure that all relevant information is obtained.
• Ensure all reservations are accurately action within the same working day.
• To provide guest with up-to-date information.
• To provide security and privacy of guests by keeping all guest’s information confidential unless otherwise instructed by guests.
• To handle all arrival and departure records.
• Contribute to overall operational efficiency by performing other relevant duties as assigned.
• To prepares required lists and reports
• Assist in the preparation and checking of the rate manual.
• Check and update, as necessary, rates in the computer system.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma/Bachelor of Tourism/ Hospitality Management or relevant major.
- Having 1 - 2 years experience in relevant position
- Proficiency in English language.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
- Working time: Monday - Friday
