Job Description
- Greet, answer and transfer phone calls, as well as welcome guests in a professional manner.
- Check meeting rooms and the reception area; maintain cleanliness and a friendly environment in the reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Hostess to welcome parties and invitational events
