Mô tả công việc
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food| Chuẩn bị nguyên liệu để nấu ăn, bao gồm chia khẩu phần, cắt nhỏ và bảo quản thực phẩm.
- Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables | Rửa và gọt vỏ trái cây và rau củ tươi.
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients | Cân, đo lường và trộn các nguyên liệu.
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist| Chuẩn bị và nấu ăn theo công thức, tiêu chuẩn chất lượng, tiêu chuẩn trình bày và danh sách kiểm tra chuẩn bị món ăn.
- Test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently| Thử món ăn để xác định xem đã được nấu chín đủ hay chưa.
- Set-up and break down workstation|Thiết lập và dọn dẹp khu vực làm việc.
- Monitor food quality while preparing food | Giám sát chất lượng thực phẩm trong quá trình chuẩn bị.

JW Marriott Cam Ranh Bay Resort & Spa comprises of 223 rooms and villas with seaview and 360 meter of beach front. The resort offers 7 restaurants and bars, 1 grand ballroom and 3 meeting spaces at a total event space of 880 SQM. Facilities include 2 main pools, 2 children pools, winding river, kids club, teenagers club, fitness center and spa with 8 treatment rooms and reflexology zones. The Resort is located approximately a 15-minute drive from Cam Ranh International Airport, and a 40-minute drive to the Nha Trang city center, the capital of Khanh Hoa Province. The Resort is projected to open in Q3, 2025.
