1. Job Summary

The E-commerce cum Revenue Manager is responsible for driving the hotel’s revenue performance through strategic pricing, system setup, and optimization of all online distribution channels. This role requires a hands-on approach in managing PMS, OTA platforms, and digital performance while delivering data-driven insights and forecasts.

2. Key Responsibilities

Revenue Strategy & Pricing

  • Build and manage rate structures, pricing strategies, and room revenue budget
  • Develop dynamic pricing strategies based on demand trends and market conditions
  • Monitor booking pace, pick-up trends, and adjust inventory and pricing accordingly

System Setup & Distribution Management

  • Set up and manage:
  • PMS (e.g. Opera Cloud)
  • Booking Engine (e.g. Roiback)
  • Channel Manager (e.g. SiteMinder)
  • OTA platforms and distribution channels
  • Configure room types, rate plans, packages, and promotions across all systems
  • Ensure proper connectivity and synchronization between systems

E-commerce & Online Performance

  • Manage and optimize performance across:
  • OTAs (Booking, Agoda, Expedia, etc.)
  • Brand website (brand.com)
  • GDS and metasearch platforms
  • Ensure rate parity and consistent content across all channels
  • Improve conversion through optimized content, promotions, and visibility

Revenue Optimization

  • Maximize revenue through inventory control and channel mix strategy
  • Monitor demand patterns and implement actions to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth across segments

Forecasting & Reporting

  • Deliver accurate revenue forecasts (daily / weekly / monthly)
  • Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights
  • Support strategic decision-making through data analysis

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office
  • Align online and offline revenue strategies across departments
  • Support overall commercial strategy of the hotel

Online Reputation & Digital Presence

  • Enhance the hotel’s online visibility through SEO and digital campaigns
  • Monitor and manage guest reviews on OTA platforms
  • Maintain strong online presence and brand positioning

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and market conditions
  • Provide insights to ensure competitive positioning in the market

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Management or E-commerce in hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of PMS, Channel Manager, Booking Engine, and OTA platforms
  • Hands-on experience in system setup and distribution management
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, STR, or similar)
  • Good communication and coordination skills across departments
