Mô tả công việc

  • Assist to establish and updates of the Housekeeping Departmental Operations Manuals following brand standards.
  • Assist in Briefing with Housekeeping Leaders and ensures that daily departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted and attend or conduct if necessary in exchange and sharing information when Housekeeping Manager not on site.
  • Ensures Housekeeping service standards are in accordance with the Operations Manual.
  • Ensures all Housekeeping employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional.
  • Ensure training, coaching and guiding the team to deliver the best possible service and cleanliness.
  • Ensures Housekeeping operates with the lowest possible cost structure while also delivering on the brand promise to the guest, proactively managing costs based on key performance indicators.
  • Ensure that all systems are entered in the housekeeping check book and that is kept up to date.
  • Assist to prepare budget in accordance with the Annual Business Plan for Rooms Division.
  • Ensures all relevant hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information.
  • Assist to manage the inventory of operating equipment, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, printing and stationary for the rooms, linen, etc. weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly.
  • Ensure sufficient flower arrangements for the hotel.
  • Supervise the hotel’s contracted pest-control and other contracted companies relevant to ensure that effective programmes are instituted and maintained.
  • Oversees the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Manage the smooth cooperation between Hotel Laundry Room and outsource Laundry.
  • Ensures team implement proper handling and control of lost and found items following policy and procedure.
  • Conducts regular inspections of rooms, ensuring standards of cleanliness is maintained at all times.
  • Ensures no defect or dirty rooms are sold to a guest.
  • Ensures the proper handling and control of lost and found items following policy and procedure.
  • Ensures all daily arrival V.I.P. rooms, special request rooms, and long stay guest rooms are prepared with the appropriate welcome and other amenities.
  • Assists in making sure that all Touches of Hyatt and the Rooms Top 20 have been implemented.
  • Works closely with other management personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
  • Assists in the recruitment and selection of all Housekeeping employees. To follow hotel guidelines when recruiting and use a competency-based approach to selecting employees.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping supervision or a similar role in a 4-5 star international hotel/resort.
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, standards, and cleaning techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong leadership, supervisory, and training abilities.
  • Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and health regulations.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office; knowledge of hotel PMS is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Good English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and guest-focused mindset.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
