We Are Hiring: Director of Sales (DOS) – Novotel Da Nang Nam An - Managed by Accor
Novotel Da Nang Nam An is an exciting new destination in Central Vietnam, currently in the pre-opening stage and scheduled to welcome guests by the end of Q4 2025. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to join our leadership team and drive the hotel’s commercial success.
Basic Job Description:
- Develop and implement the hotel’s sales and marketing strategy for both pre-opening and post-opening phases.
- Identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and maximize revenue across all market segments (Corporate, MICE, Leisure, and Online).
- Lead and manage the Sales team to achieve targets, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments and Accor regional offices to strengthen the hotel’s market positioning.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales missions, and networking events.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in a similar leadership role at an international 4- or 5-star hotel
- Pre-opening experience is highly preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen and market insight, especially in Vietnam or Southeast Asia.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with Accor systems and brand standards is an advantage.
