Mô tả công việc

• Supervise Mini Bar operation in guest rooms and maintain the standard of procedure included in the daily Housekeeping operation assignment.

• Supports the Housekeeping team by performing support duties under assignment by Housekeeping Supervisor on duty in a shift, including all housekeeping tasks (clean guest rooms, public, guest request, dust room or any urgent mission of Housekeeping department).

• Adhere to regulations concerning HACCP, health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and policies and procedures.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

• Room Division, Housekeeping knowledge.

• Able to read and write English.

• Good communication.

• Honest, enthusiastic, hard-working, active, dynamic and high responsibilities, positive, authentic and open mind.

• High School and /or Diploma in Hotel, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, or related field.

• Housekeeping & Food service experience with general knowledge of Room Division operations preferred.
